Always remember that I have taken more out of alcohol than alcohol has taken out of me

I like drinking alcohol. I like go to Izakaya, but drinking in Izakaya is expensive for me. so, sometimes I drink alcohol and make  dishes eaten with alcohol at home. Today's menu is 'salty-sweet chicken' and 'cabbage salad with sio-kombu'. These two recipes are easy and fast! It is the most important thing to cook easily and speedy. 

★Cabbage salad with sio-kombu

*Cabbage-as you like
*Sesame oil-as you like
*Sio-kombu-as you like

(1)Cut cabbage
(2)Put sesame oil and sio-kumbu on cabbage
(3)That's all !

★Salty-sweet chicken★

*6-7 chicken wings
*2tablespoon water
*1tablespoon soy sauce
*1tablespoon sugar
*1table spoon sweet sake(mirin)
*Black pepper

(1)Roast chicken wings

(2)Mix up water, soy sauce, sugar, sweet sake
(3)Add (2) in fry pan
(4)Thicken the sauce by adding potato starch water(1/2 teaspoon potato starch and 1 tablespoon water)
(5)Finish!

I made them within 15minutes:-) Next, I will make cocktail.

Today's drink is `Campari orange` Campari orange is representative cocktail which use Campari.
Campari is bitter liqueur which made in Italy. It is made from the infusion of herbs and fruits.

★Campari-orange★

*Quarter of glass-campari
*Three quarter of glass-orange juice
*Ice
*Lemon slices







It looks fine! I thought it might be delicious, but it is not my taste..........................
So, I decided to change my partner


I think beer is best partner. I think 'Fuyuno-okurimono' is new product. it was good. Please try it!

oolong-hai is also good partner
*one third of glass shochu
*two thirds of oolong tea

Short recipes


I live alone now.  I have to prepare my dishes by myself. I like cooking, but these days,  I don't feel like cooking. So, I buy prepared-food, but prepared-food is not healthy for my body and wallet. I spent a lot of money because I didn't cook so much. I decide to cook to save money and to write this blog from this month!
 .
Anyway, Today's my blog theme is 'Short recipes'

☆Ginger-fried pork☆

★Ingredients
*300 gram pork-loin
*2 tablespoon soy sauce
*2 tablespoon sweet sake(mirin)
*1 tablespoon sake
*1 teaspoon sugar 
*1 piece(thumb size)ginger

★Directions
①make sauce. mix up soy sauce,sweet sake, sake, sugar,ginger













②soak pork into sauce for one hour (If you have time, you should take more time. It will be more delicious!)













③Roast


























④Finish!

                               
How about dessert?

☆ Madeleine ☆

★ingredient
*100gram flour
*100gram sugar
*1/4 teaspoon baking powder
*two eggs
*100gram butter


★Directions
①stir flour and sugar and baking powder



②Add scrambled  eggs in ①

③Add melt butter in②

④put③in fridge about 30minutes

⑤preheat oven 200 degree and put④in cups, and bake for 20minutes at 180 degree


⑥Finish!
