I like eating. Delicious food makes me happy:-9. I have storong likes and dislikes when I was a little child, but now I don't have so much. I can eat most of food except for green pepper and raw tomato.I try to eat green pepper and raw tomato sometimes, but still I can't eat them. I want to become eating them someday.
I think eating habits is very important for health. my eating habits was terrible when I was a high school student. My high school was very strict. I had a class from 8:30am to 6:00pm. So, I couldn't belong to club. Of course, I didn't do part-time job.
It was really stressful for me. Eating was the only fun. I reduced my stress by eating unhealthy food like snack, so I became so fat! I can't show my graduation album to my university friends. The picture is one of my secret!
I changed my eating habit after leaving high school. I reduce to eat junk food. I succeed to reduce my weight. Thanks to this experience, I feel keenly importance of good eating habits.
However, I become drinking alcohol after entering KUIS. It makes me fat again! I have to go on diet and learn about healthy food:-)
